SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We have partnered with uAfrica to deliver our parcels within South Africa and TUNL (www.tunl.to) who work with FedEx for international shipments.

Within South Africa, there is local, free delivery for orders above R1850. For orders below R1850, a nominal fee is calculated at checkout.

For international orders we charge a fee based on weight. All taxes and customs are paid for international customers (outside of South Africa). Your parcels will be shipped safely via FedEx.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a policy of allowing returns within a 7 day period in South Africa.

For South African customers, if you feel you have been supplied with a faulty product, please send us a photo of the item. If indeed faulty, you may return the item within 10 days for a refund.
​
We do not work with returns for international orders because of the price of returns.
